Executive Administrative Assistant
Belinda grew up in a close-knit community in northern Maine, leaving shortly after high school graduation to settle in Greenville for the first time. An unexpected opportunity moved her to the outskirts of London where she lived and worked for ten years. Now back in Greenville, she is an advocate for women’s issues by partnering with Safe Harbor on increasing domestic violence awareness and working with volunteer groups to focus on newly diagnosed breast cancer patients. With a B.S. in Human Services and a Master’s in Psychology, Belinda has been an adjunct professor at Webster University since 2013. Between supporting executives at all levels and in various disciplines, a large portion of her career has been dedicated to leadership development, organization culture initiatives, and behavior change to increase customer satisfaction in call centers and safety awareness in warehouse and manufacturing environments. She is looking forward to supporting the staff at Synergy as they encourage individuals and organizations on their paths to excellence. Her interests include spending time with family and friends, travel, reading, and gardening.
